Formulated at a 500-1500 cP low viscosity grade, the adhesive spreads into a thin, uniform layer that releases air quickly, producing a bubble-free and highly transparent optical bond. Under a professional UV light source the material cures in only 3-30 seconds, making it suitable for automated lamination lines where cycle time drives output.

In optical bonding, the thickness and uniformity of the adhesive layer determine clarity, haze and long-term reliability.
